  • Tricia - This was a delicious summer dinner! I made it tonight and followed almost everything, but I subbed the flat bread for stone fire brand naan since that’s all the grocery store had. There were only two of us, so I combined the leftover veggies, shrimp and sauce to take for lunches this week. Thanks for a great recipe!ReplyCancel

  • Mari - Can the roast be cooked in the slow cooker?ReplyCancel

    • admin - Yes, it can! However I find that the meat can get a little mushy in a slow cooker. For this reason I prefer a heavy pot at a low temp. Then you will get those crispy edges and burnt ends.
      Enjoy!ReplyCancel
