Baby romain or assorted greens
heirloom tomatos quartered
cucumber, sliced
red onion, sliced

minute boiled eggs, halved
sliced peaches
poached asparagus
sliced avocado
sliced peppers
halved baby boiled potatoes
bread or crackers
fig balsamic vinegarette
creamy chipotle dressing
sea salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the salmon according to the simple directions.
